I requested a withdrawal from my tax free investment on the 7th of September 2021, on the 13th i called them to check the progress since i did not receive any communication about my request except for the 1 that acknowledged it, they then told me that i should expect the payout on the 16th or 17 (3 to 4 working days), up until today i haven't received anything.
