I regret trusting old mutual

I really don't understand how you guys work, I just recently found out that I'm paying a policy I ddnt even agree on, it was opened at wonderpark.,all along you guys have been debiting, they said they will invistigate but they debited AGAIN, I went there yesterday and waited and waited nobody assisted me... And the funny thing is that nobody is following up no contact no phone call nothing.... I'm really not happy with you anymore
