I regret the day I joined old mutual

On 19 January 2023 my late uncle was shot and I submitted a claim on old mutual insure on the 25th of january 2023. It's been 2 months now since I submitted my claim for my late uncle and they haven't paid me. This is so stressing i am very hurt and disappointed by this matter I've been calling them for the past 2 months and even today 28 March 2023 they say my claim is approved , the other consultant said my claim is under assessment and they're waiting for a detectives go ahead to release the money. I fail to understand what they're saying because my two aunties got their payments and we've been waiting together for the money. It's only me that didn't get the money. This is very upsetting and to think of that i trusted old mutual big time for them to treat me this way by telling me that my claim is under assessment meanwhile others got their money, and when they say that they say there's nothing they can do.
