I regret ever taking a policy with old mutual

I have a cover with old mutual that actually has a dissability cover back in 2012. In 2014 July I got involved in a car accident that left me disabled. Now that is claim stage I am getting a run around by zurena Karoodien. Every time they come up with new forms that I must fill and new documents to provide or I'm being told that my claim is still at their doctors. Initially the claim should take a week to pay out or so they say but mine has been taking forever cause of the new things they coming up with and they are still deducting the monthly Premiums for the policy. <br>
