I really made a mistake moving to this company

I now realize the mistake I made with this company. I moved my Annuity to Old Mutual last year. I am desperately looking for a tax certificate for my tax returns. They send it to you via e-mail and inform you to use your DOB as a password. Guess what that password doesnt work(why a password is needed in the first place is beyond me). The fun now starts when you try to contact them for a tax certificate. Everyone you speak to will transfer you to a different dept. and every time you will wait and wait and wait for someone to pick up the phone. Half an hour later I have given up,I just cant afford the charges on my cellphone waiting for someone to assist me. Long story short,Old Mutual is not your company if looking for retirement annuities. I will be going back to the previous company. Why I joined Old Mutual is beyond me. CAN I PLEASE JUST GET MY TAX CERTIFICATE??
