I phoned this morning to request tax certificates for past years

I phoned this morning to request tax certificates for past years. Firstly i waited and waited for someone to speak to me and when she did, she was not helpful. She spoke above me even when I kept telling her I am a customer. She could not help me and would not allow me speak to her Team leader or manager. She was rude and unhelpful. Her name is Zeni Mdwayi. That call including waiting forever took me 32mins. Very bad. I phoned again and spoke to Kamani and he was more concerned about me speaking to him than to the Team.leader or manager. He says he will escalate the call, and no one has called me. This was over 2hours ago. Calling the call centre is like calling Joburg Municipality and holding forever.
