I need you to help me to publish on the news paper.

Good evening Peter Let me categorised my complain and I want you to publish on news paper, I visited old mutual to submit a claim of my daughter and they declined and the reason is not clear to me which I should have been told , I gave old mutual option to refund my daughter premium that I have been paying since she was 21 yrs old upm until her of 27 yrs when she passed on.

But what I got from old mutual was **** **** that the case is closed. They are not going to pay for the funeral of my daughter I told them I need my premium money that I have been paying .

Second complain , I visited again some branches they send me Pillar to post , old mutual consultant or staff member they capture on thier data Base my sister as my spouse which I don't have spouse or married .

I explained to them and they asked me to write a letter to confirmed my claim which I did , but up until today they didn't rectify only to be told that I I must open separate policy for my sister which will have 6 months waiting period which I refused to do so , I told them 2 old mutual manager which my matter was referred to they both agreed that I need to be refund all those premium that I paid for my sister.

I got a text from cell phone *** that they are not going to pay me even if she passed on and they are not going to refund my premium .

Please Peter help me to exposedo this ****** of old mutual .
