I NEED YOU GUYS TO DO BETTR
I need Old Mutual to do better. I've had my policies with them for over 6years, that means and within those 6 years I've been a consist payer. a few days I receive a Msg that my policy is behind. HOW? WHY ARE YOU NOT DEBITING?! instead of you guys calling me I get buzzed???
