I need my money from old mutual

Hi I have a problem here with old mutual I invested my money last year January then I chose investment of 5 years then the service provider told me that if I decided to cancel it I can do that but they will charge me a certain percentage, then now I decided to cancel it they refuse they telling me that I withdrawn my interest 2 times so I won't be able to cancel it and now I need my money please help me if you can guys
