I missed 2 payments of my funeral policy which I was unaware of until the second month

I missed 2 payments of my funeral policy which I was unaware of until the second month. I then wrote to them on Twitter and the set up a day for next payment and advise that won't affect my policy in any way. Thank you about thus I was really worried. Never missing my payment again. I'll keep checking my bank balance and all. Truly appreciate the quick service also on Twitter.
