I made a withdrawal from my retirement on the 27 December everything was finalized they said I must wait for 15 working days they turn around time

I made a withdrawal from my retirement on the 27 December everything was finalized they said I must wait for 15 working days they turn around time. It was supposed to be 27 January I waited until than , i tried and reach them over the phone the service consultant said i must wait another 48 hours, I waited after 48 hours exceeded I reach them I gained the service consultant said to me money was deposited in my OM bank account, I must check with the bank , i tried to reach bank consultant than the consultant ask for proof of payment , I proceeded back to service consultant she told me i must waith until 5 pm money will reflect in my account until today 31 January 2026 no money in my account. The service consultant also mentioned that on the system of OLD mutual bank it very slow by nature.
