I lost my husband in the 16 December 2023 Oldmutual said he doesn’t have policies, on the 30 July I received a call from an advisor saying my husband has policies with Oldmutual she gave policy number and lapsed dates to back up her story but Oldmutual says my husband died after policies have lapsed however their system at client service and advisors that service clients speaks a different language. I would like this matter to be reviewed and Oldmutual give me my money even when my husband died Oldmutual said I don’t have policies which took few months for them to resolve.
