I logged a funeral claim on the 6th of February 2024 till date nothing all I get is the round about they keep sending the same documents to be completed everytime I just send it back and always on a Friday never during the week when I call I'm told the claim is with the assessor but there is never an update from them it's always just we will escalate this matter even now nothing I have filled a complaint with them but still no one is assisting me I made a loan to bury my uncle now I'm in dept because old mutual refuses to pay out the claim it's almost been 2 months now I don't know what to do to get help just to sort this out
