I just recently did ...
I just recently did a claim with old mutual (12 September) I have e mailed all the necessary documents but still nothing is happening, when I call I get a consultant and they never have answers to questions instead they put me in another line and no one picks up it's very frustrating, I need them to get back to me as soon as possible.
