I have Retirement Annuity with Old Mutual and want to transfer to another company I have been struggling with this since last year and they not sending the documents needed for this section 14 transfer to be completed even now I’m on the call with them been waiting for almost an hour an agent has put me on hold checking if there is an available Manager as I want to escalate this. No one is willing to assist this is really not good customer service 🤦🏽♀️
