I have not received my new amended policy documents that I requested last week Monday and Tuesday

I have not received my new amended policy documents that I requested last week Monday and Tuesday. This is really ridiculous. How can it take over a year and 4 months to update the correct name and home address and send them. Poor poor service from this company.
