I have made a provident fund claim and still today have not received my money all my colleagues have received their payment, ts suck that no one bothered to call me an update me about my claim only for me to send multiple of emails and to be told to wait 10 day with no explanation, how come everyone gets their money and I have wait 10 more days, how does your system work, even now I don't even know if what ever is causing delay to my claim has been fix
