I have Lost Hope

What a useless Service!

I have resigned from one company I was working at. The company has a Provident fund with Old Mutual I decided to do a cash-out since I was just 6 months with the Company. For almost 6 Months now I have been getting the same message that they have received my claim I should use SMS or Via WhatsApp. I will go to WhatsApp and follow the instruction this is the message I've been getting since January "Hi GIven Maluleke, Your claims status: Step 2/5... This could take 3 -7 working Days..." Well, the 7 days turn to weeks then to Months. I even called the Support team I got the same that it would take 7 days. I have lost hope of getting my Money. Your service is useless I wouldn't advise anyone to Invest with you guys because one has to go through Mountains and through the Oceans for you to Process.
