I have had it with Old Mutual!!!

Im Sickened with Old Mutual!! They dont have a sense of urgency towards their customers during this difficult time in our country! Im still holding on the line trying to talk to someone to fast track my query but you are all just useless. Im writing to the Ombudsman as we speak! I just want to cancel all my policies with immediate effect!!!
