I have been waiting for my payout on my two-pot system

I have been waiting for my payout on my two-pot system. The way this company is not customer friendly and useless I have been waiting for 35 days for my payment to be made. I have been contacting the customer care line and nobody can provide me with an update. I just want to end my involvement with this company hence I even stopped paying my premiums for my retirement. I had investment policies before and I experienced the same struggles. Old mutual is the worst company ever
