I have been trying to get through the the Greenlight department to no avail
I have been trying to get through the the Greenlight department to no avail. I'm not sure if anyone other than the person who transfers the calls works at old mutual call centre. The client service is extremely poor and there's no response from Old Mutual to their clients.
