I have been trying to get a Retirment annuity been paid out for almost 2 months now They never give you feedback.. hold on the call for hours.. send my tax number to them 10 days ago Stil haven’t requested my tax directive… 10 days ago when I battled to call them and follow up… they said it was expedited… called today to find out they have done nothing… they are professional people …. I doubt about that I’m am unemployed and I need the funds to survive
