I have been ****med by someone at old mutual

I have been ****med by someone I dont know at old mutual. Since last year March someone from old mutual registered me on old mutual group schemes using my personal information without my permission. He/She registered extended family members that I dont know.. I never went to old mutual to open any old mutual group schems but on my payslip they deduct R368 since last year March. I reported the ***** and have been calling them for a follow up but I dont get any positive feedback they never call me back I have been waiting. I want them to refund me.
