I have been old mutual client for years and my policies are active my account is being debited monthly but 4 policies have lapsed

I have been old mutual client for years and my policies are active my account is being debited monthly but 4 policies have lapsed. I resolved this a few months ago again July they debited but August nothing when I call they have lapsed again since 16 August while my debit order date is 20th August. I have called call centre no help at all instead I met rude and impatient staff members Abdul Abraham, Mkhululi Sitshon***e. A manager by the name of Anika Mandlingoza is meant to call me back since yesterday nothing at all. I don’t know what to do anymore…
