I have been emailing none stop and no one has assisted me

I have been emailing none stop and no one has assisted me. Today no one is attending to my quries. CASC***. I need to process my claim but i can't continue as my tax number is not regidtered with SARS. I was employed by SNG Grant Thornton Eswatini and resigned 30 September 2024. Till today my claim has not gone through due to tax number issues. Can someone give me a call because i need my money.
