I have a very bad experience with old mutual, staff are not well trained and have no understanding of how to fix things

I have a very bad experience with old mutual, staff are not well trained and have no understanding of how to fix things. I had a policy which i was paying it was cancelled on there side which was December and still getting debited. One staff member says its cancelled the other one says it not cancelled. I cancelled all my policies but they are still debiting me. They did refund forms when you call them they say you wont get your money back because the policy is active. STAFF doesnt know how to assist you and you sit hours on this while your money is being taken from you
