I have a problem wit...

I have a problem with these two businesses...I have a money account with Old Mutual and somehow I saw debits made from my account by pending.uber.com without my authorization on top of that I have never request with uber before so I don't know where did they get my personal information from the bank...When I went to Old mutual for refund they refused to do instead they said I must be the one who call Pending.uber.com for refund
