I have a green light policy with them in October 2023 I changed jobs and I informed them to change from stop order to deposit order until now my policy will relapse because of this.i tried to contact them arrangements where done but nothing.i even went to their branch for assistance.can you please assist me I have been paying this policy more than 10yrs
