I have a bad experience with Old Mutual where I had taken a funeral cover for my sibling
I have a bad experience with Old Mutual where I had taken a funeral cover for my sibling.When she passed on and I claimed,I discoverd that the date of 05/11/1985 was registerd as 05/05/1985 and they won't pay for the R16500 cover.Instead,they'll pay R6900 but is was not the policy holder error it's was done by their representative.
