I had open money account with old mutual 5 years back was getting my salary on their bank until one day I wanted to withdraw money on one of their ATM only to find it offline , decided to withdraw at Capitec AtM withdrew R5000 immediately got a notification that it was out but nothing came out on the atm went inside capitec branch was told to go to old mutual when I got there explained everything was given a form to fill ,was told to wait for a feedback from their IT guys will check what had happened with my transaction ,went back was told they couldn’t track my money left there heart broken even till this day I’m still heart broken old mutual failed me.
