I had a very good experience. I went to have a claim processed on a funeral Cover I had since 2018, and I must say the consultant who assisted had empathy and was very professional. To say the least, the funds were deposited into my account by the following day. The promise Old Mutual made when I took the policy was kept. Keep up the great work
