i had a life policy ...
i had a life policy with old mutual for more than a year and all of a sudden they cancelled my policy because of not paying my premium ,after i notify them on time (because they don't answer their phones) via e mail and i was given a reference number as well and submit proof of banking details ,after all this afford they still dit not phone me but is quick to cancelled my policy.
