I had a complaint due to delayed claim payment due to my mother and incorrect processing of the claim, however Savanna Maharaj from complaints resolved the matter with patience and care after I was failed by the client servicing team of the superfund and I’m giving this rating to Savanna Maharaj for her effort and care for clients.
