I had 2 interactions with customer service this morning, 5 March 2025. The first lady, unfortunately I could not get her name, but extremely unfriendly and in no way, shape or fashion capable or willing to assist in any matter. The second encounter was with a lady named LULU. This was the most pleasant and helpful lady I have ever came across in interactions with Old Mutual. She even helped me with issues related to another department. I would appreciate it if this review would reach her. We had a very pleasant conversation, and my issues were resolved in minutes.
