I feel ******

<p>I have opened up a TaxFree account with the Menlyn branch on January 2016, I had a debit order of R2 500.00 every month. I have later login into my account to monitor my funds and I found out that I was charged R2 500.00 for financial service fees which until to this day don't understand how they got to that amount.</p> <p>I called Old Mutual in June 2016 to complain and my Financial Advisor told not to worry he has chosen excellent investment funds and the interest on those funds will regenerate the amount.</p> <p>I decided to give him a chance, I check the fund again in September 2016 and the contribution I made was about R20 000.00 (monthly premiums) and the total amounts in the funds was just below R17 000.00</p> <p>On my first initial meeting I was never told I was going to be charged R2 500.00 for financial service all I was told about was the administration fees.</p> <p>I regret the day I opened that account as the adverti*****t said something totally different to what I experienced. I could have save my money on my own had I known that I was going to get Sharked.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
