I feel cheated by Old Mutual
I feel cheated by Old Mutual. Ayanda Mbanjwa I was told to pay R1302.24 to have my policy reinstated by 15/02/2026 I paid on 09/02/26. Contracted them two days later I was told money was received it will now be allocated to my pot and I will receive communication after the 15th. I’ve been calling sending emails even went to the branch, no feedback. Today I’ve received an email saying my policy cannot be reinstated. When I called to find out why I’m told the money I paid was not enough for the reinstatement. CEA*** CET*** OLCMAN***0 JCPMC***3
