I feel ****** by Old Mutual

I called and signed up funeral policy, it took days to complete. On documentation received all details were incorrect. I called them and emailed them to canceling adversity them I cannot pay for incorrect things. They have been debating my account for months, I have emailed and queried and still no response. I feel they are now *****ing my money.
