I did not know that for me to go and check on my policy I needed to renew my id book, Theres a black fat lady by the information desk she did not want to give me her name and I needed to ask for the account number if I missed my deduction day from old mutual and she asked me when am I renewing my id book and took 30 minutes to help me. I eventually left that place they need new people there or change her.
