I did a withdrawal 8days ago still haven't got my money

I'm greatly disappointment and frustrated by the service rendered to me as a loyal customer for many years with different product from loans to policies that I have active on your system

I'm writing this email in a state of emergency as I tried to withdraw some funds from my policy ( OMG69178P***) which the funds where successfully dispatched, I was supposed to pay for a medical procedure for my son which was due today hence I made the arrangements last week on the 2nd of November and I won't be able to wait any longer because this is a life threatening situation

I called this morning in tears and only to. Be told that my details belong to someone else, how can that be true... This means I'm not important to this company and it has no obligation to protect my credentials... I have trusted this company for many years and now it's failing my me and family

Please assist with the funds that I have withdrawn from my own policy to be deposited into my account TODAY... I cannot wait any longer as I have committed to pay for my son's procedure

I have proof of my withdrawal when I used your whatsapp platform
