I demand my money back Old Mutual!

A ***** was committed wherein someone opened a policy in my name without my knowledge or consent. I went to one of the branches (Umlazi Mega City) to query this and they cancelled the policy however they now refuse to refund the money they have already debited from my account. I demand my money back because this was ********** and I had no idea it was happening.
