I contacted Old Mutual to do a withdrawal from my investment

I contacted Old Mutual to do a withdrawal from my investment. They emailed me some forms which I completed and emailed back to them. I was also given a number ( *** ) to call to confirm that they received my documents. I've tried this number 3 times from this morning and each time the automated message say's " Press 1 on your keypad and we'll get back to you". As of now, no one has gotten back to me. Sad service, probably because I want to do a disinvestment and they aren't happy about it
