I can’t file my tax return because you refuse to do a declaration to SARS

If I could give you a rating of 0 I could because the 1 star is being way too kind. I’m honestly about to have a mental breakdown because of you people. I resigned from Nedbank in 2019 and did a partial pension fund withdrawal. That amount was never declared to SARS and because it was never declared I can’t file my tax return for 2019/2020. The date for submission has long passed. I called you towards the end of December last year and the lady I spoke to said she would send the query to her manager and she would get back to me the following day. She didn’t get back to me, I never got any communication from you guys and my tax return remains unfiled. The tax certificate you’ve given me is not enough, SARS wants you to do the declaration.
