I canceled a policy on old mutual in February before the schedule debit order and they still debited i understood and went for refund

I canceled a policy on old mutual in February before the schedule debit order and they still debited i understood and went for refund. Got my refund back and I was told the policy is now cancelled. March again they debit my money after they told me policy is cancelled. Iam not happy as a customer. I regret doing business with them. Because I went back and they said they will call me till today no calls.
