I called today and talked to five consultants and one of them even told me she is going to call back from her manager's phone and I am still waiting on that call I called back to customers service and the lady told me she is going to put me through to the department that works with the refunds and stuff like that I was holding on for 10 minutes. I am just very dissapointed in them not calling me back after they told me they going to call me back The reason why the consultant said that she is going to call me back from her manager's phone because I told her that whenever they call me I see the calls has been dropped and than she told me they're listed as spam om Truecaller and that is why it happens but never got a call back from them!
