I am writing to alert people about my experience investment withdrawal at Old Mutual I went to the branch to withdraw my investment, and one of the consultants told me it would take 5 working days to reflect. After 10 days, I went back to the branch because it still wasn't in. The consultant advised me to be calm and assured me it would come. Now, it has been 20 days, and I still haven’t received my funds. I plan to visit the branch again for the third time to ask about this issue.
