I am very unhappy with the service I've received regarding my cancellation of my policy and the refund of my money
I am very unhappy with the service I've received regarding my cancellation of my policy and the refund of my money. Old Mutual confirmed the cancellation, but still decided to deduct again. I've been emailing them, but they only reply with different reference numbers and no action.
