I am very disappointed with Old Mutual, as I have re**** on them for my financial solutions. I am currently experiencing significant financial strain and assumed they would assist me with my money locked up with them. Instead, I received excuses about government regulations, suggesting that their rules override these when policies lapse. If you cannot release my funds, I would appreciate a consolidation loan to help manage my debts effectively. However, I was given numerous reasons why I cannot obtain one. I’m in a tough situation and wouldn’t be asking for help if things were going well. I trusted Old Mutual to support me in my time of need, and now I feel let down. I will no longer use their services or recommend them to anyone. I will focus on improving my situation without their assistance
