I am very disappointed at Old mutual

I have submitted my claim for my pension fund in August, when I did my first follow up I was told I would get my payout within 5-7 working days

I did a second follow up after 8 working days and they responded after 2 days telling me that my case escalated.

Its been more than a month and this is not a loan I'm asking for.

I'm currently unemployed and need my money, I have kids to feed. Please help
