I am trying to get information regarding my retirement savings
I am trying to get information regarding my retirement savings. The agent at Old Mutual cannot hear me and I cannot hear her due to people shouting to one another in the background. This is extremely unprofessional for a company like Old Mutual. I expect much more from them. I could not resolve my issue.
