I am tired

I went to old mutual last month for my refund becausey money was deducted twices from payslip and bank they ask me to bring Bank Statement and Payslip I did and waited for 12 days I didn't get the money back I went back last week Friday they say my case its still not attended I was so angry because I needed that money. Later I got message on Friday saying my policies are update if they refund me they will be behind it was late on that Friday offices we almost closed so yesterday I call them they confirm that I need to get the money but when they transfer me to that department they don't pick up I went to the branch they say the system is slow how long am I suppose to wait to get my money
